Boot Camp Information
Description: Come out to support this fat burning, heart pumping, muscle toning workout.
Workouts will be adapted for the fitness level of the participants. Sessions can involve bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands and kettlebells. We will concentrate on exercises and drills that engage multiple muscle groups and burn lots of calories. The workout will involve both strength and cardiovascular fitness and will begin with a warmup and end with some light stretching.
