7:30am:  Race Day Registration at Kinetic Physical Therapy

8:30am:  5 K Road Race

9:00am to 12:00pm (noon):  Runner’s Walker’s Survival Guide at Kinetic Physical Therapy: Video Gait Analysis, Sports Medicine Physician, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists

12:00pm (noon) to ???:  Liberty Union Bar and Grill For Post Race Party!
