Here’s a suggested shoPping list for you. If you eat just from the foods on this list and don’t stray for just one month, stay strong for just 30 days, your body will change for the better. It’s guaranteed to work. If it doesn’t, you’re welcome to go back to eating and feeling unhealthy.

- 2% milk
- Fresh fruit…esp Blueberries, strawberries, apples & bananas
- Almonds
- Granola (check fat content)
- Kashi go lean crunch Cereal (tons of protein and fiber)
- Morningstar veggie burgers
- Fresh chicken breast
- Fresh turkey breast
- Brown rice or any flavored brown rice
- Barilla whole grain pasta
- Any type of fresh fish
- Turkey jerky and chicken jerky (for snacks)
- Low fat mozzarella cheese sticks
- sugar free choc and lifesavers
- Turkey pepperoni
- Fresh veggies: lettuce, Tom, cucumbers, spinach, broccoli, string beans, asparagus, carrots, celery, yams
- Yogurt, greek or activia
- Water.. Lots of it
- Turkey bacon
- Peanut butter
- Sugar free jelly
- Arnold healthful bread
- Whole wheat pancake mix
- Sugar free syrup
